When should I arrive for my session?
Please arrive to my studio 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your session. Please arrive on time, otherwise your session will unfortunately be shortened!
Is there parking available at the studio?
Yes, there is a no charge parking lot behind the plaza. Parking on the road in front of the studio is also permitted.
Is there a washroom or place to change at your studio?
Yes, there is a washroom located in the studio.
Is your studio wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately my studio is not wheelchair accessible as it is located on the second floor. There is a large staircase up to the studio.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, Etransfer, Debit, Credit cards and Cheques. All sessions regardless of payment type are subject to HST. Cheques can be payable to Deanna Roberts Photography and Etransfers can be sent to: info@deannarobertsphotography.ca
Is there a deposit required to book a session?
Yes, a deposit of $25 plus HST ($28.25) is required to book. Cake Smashes and Newborn session deposit are $50 plus HST ($56.50). Deposits are non-refundable.
What is the turnaround time to receive my photos?
Depending on the type of session and time of year my normal turnaround time is within 5-10 days. During peak times this timeframe can be increased due to volume. All photos come professionally edited.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive the photos electronically at no additional charge. If you would like the photos on a CD the cost is $5 plus HST, or a USB which is $12 plus HST. Postage to have your CD/USB mailed is $5 plus HST.
What should my child(ren) or family wear for the session?
Co-ordinating outfits are best. no large graphics, words or prints. Please avoid wearing all the same colour. Please ensure clothing is clean and ironed.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your pet (dog or cat) to your session. I do not allow reptiles of any type in my studio. If you bring your pet, once the photos with the pet are complete I ask that you kindly bring the pet to your car for the duration of the session. Pets are also welcome to any outdoor session. Please be mindful of other clients in the studio if you have your pet with you!
How far in advance should I book my sessions?
I normally book sessions 1-6 months in advance depending on the session type and availability. Last minute bookings may be available, please inquire by email. messenger or phone.
Do you offer professional prints?
Yes, professional high quality prints are available in a selection of sizes.
**Please be aware that if you choose to print the photos yourself, I will not guarantee picture quality and colour. Not having your photos sized and scaled properly will impact how they are printed should you choose to print yourself!
